A long history of surfing at this location when I was very young and had many great memories there. Shell island, the great waves, the large pool in the back of the hotel. We must have gone to this place every weekend for a few years.. Great memories, so, I went back, no telling how old these pictures are, but that boat when we used to hang out there was at least 15-20 ft long, what you see in the picture is the remaining front end piece left over.
