Texas Striper fishing

Catching 20" stripers at night using worms in 50' of water. 
These guys are chasing shad or bait fish at night throughout the Marinas, not just in the deep waters of the lake!

A long history of surfing at this location when I was very young and had many great memories there. Shell island, the great waves, the large pool in the back of the hotel. We must have gone to this place every weekend for a few years.. Great memories, so, I went back, no telling how old these pictures are, but that boat when we used to hang out there was at least 15-20 ft long, what you see in the picture is the remaining front end piece left over. Found this great picture that brought back some memories!!!!! CMA Awards 2012

My great friend from down under Glenn and myself were on a long vacation, driving from Dallas to Nashville TX in search of our beautiful seats at the CMA Music Award's and the following week long festival! Then, as luck had it, my special lady found us some rooms at the Gaylord Hotel. There were many beautiful areas inside and outside this hotel, this picture was one of my favorite ones with all the color and beautiful blown glass work! It showed up in my Google Auto Awesome today as a GIF adding sparkles to it, came out pretty nice, so, I'm just adding it to collection of beautiful photos..
